Sandra's inspiration for creating UXUIPros.com stemmed from recognizing that these individuals often grappled with issues related to confidence, work-experience, and guidence. The transition into a UX UI career often posed difficulties in maintaining equilibrium between personal and professional commitments.
Sandra's role as a UX UI FED Instructor at the university granted her valuable insights from her interactions with students. This prompted her to extend her research beyond her own classroom, engaging with students from various bootcamps and designers new to the field. Through these conversations, she uncovered common sentiments like "I aspire to be a UX Designer, yet I struggle with feelings of being an imposter" and "I desire strong communication skills, but I'm apprehensive about engaging with stakeholders."
